Wahooo!

Great job guys! I love Kart-Man's part, awesome stuff :D
Well, anyways there's not much else to say, so let's do another collab sometime!
By the way, GREAT job on the preloader!

Good job Nick/ Fishhook

There's really not much I can say considering I'm in it.... so... I still think the FPS should have been upped :D Good job guys, we're gonna do good.

That was great!

That has got to be one of the most hilarious flashes I've seen! When it said "and their numbers are growing" and showed the animation I couldn't stop laughing. I loved the style of animation, with the square eyes, solid shadows, and well build bodies. That blood effect when the old guy shot the teen was amazing, must have taken you lots of time. Great job, hope to see more!

Amazing.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for including the clarinet (I play it), because I have never found the word "clarinet" in all of Newgrounds, glad to know that someone knows it exists. The music was great, I found myself not really playing, just listening. The graphics were extremly good, especially on the tuba, the only instrument that kinda looked weird was the snare (I absolutly hate radial fill colors). It would be cool if there was a shop were you could purchase power-ups such as Forte Dynamic (which would make you much stronger), and eight-note measure (which would make you attack faster). Once agian, great, hope to see more from you. PS: Nice job on the new entry scene.

Absolutly amazing.

This was just..... sigh.... amazing, I'm not sure what to say. This action script must have taken forever to make....it was worth it. EXACTLY like Metroid games, I mean exactly, good job. I really liked the Magmor Carvens music from Metroid Prime, nice choice.

Thank you so much!

This was perfect! I'm not really one of those who want to understand everything, I just want it period. Everything worked as it should, it took about 5 minutes to make, and thanks to you I can play one of my favorite games even when the internets down!
I only have one question, I want to edit the fish so they make bubbles every now and then, but when I do it makes the bubble part of the movieclip, in other words if the bubble touches the enemy it gets eaten, anyway to fix this? Or it might be because I have the bubble and fish on one layer, I dunno.

VENGEANCE-GGG responds:

Ah, you need to use attachMovie. Something like this...

bubbleTimer = 0;
_root.createEmptyMovieClip("b ubbles", -1);
bubbles.z = 0;
bubbles.onEnterFrame = function () {
bubbleTimer++;
if (bubbleTimer>=3) {
bubbleTimer = 0;
this.attachMovie("bubble", "bubble"+this.z, this.z++, {_x:fish._x+fish._width/2, _y:fish._y});
}
for (b in this) {
bu = this[b];
bu._y-=2;
bu._x-=Math.random();
}
};

If you don't understand it, run a Google search for attachMovie() or something. :)

Great... as always

Nice to see that you're back smartpoetic, it has been a while ^^
You were trying to make a lonely sounding song and you hit it right on the spot, before I even read the name of this piece I imagined being lost in the sky, with nothing on the horizon besides clouds. The three stress and relief notes at 1:03 - 1:05 are very well placed.
Great job!

As the name says..... strange

Now I almost never review songs nowadays but this one I feel that I must....
We all know we get certain feelings when listening to songs but this one I just can't explain... it's like listening to it makes me think of what this world has and is becoming, so I want to stop it, yet there's something about it that makes me just keep listening to it. The main thing that started making me feel this way was getting the clockwork orange trophy in the factory level on Mindscape... something just triggered in my mind right then.
I know this all seems weird, I just can't explain what I feel when I listen to this, it's like a relieving despair... very strange.
But anyways, thanks for making this, it sounds great!

Gillenium responds:

Thanks for reviewing it :D

Sometimes, I just have a lot of meaning I want to put into a song, and I'm glad you absorbed probably the whole lot of it. My songs are usually based on how I feel after watching a movie, or playing a game, or a powerful experience. In the case of Why Birds Sleep Well, the whole series was based on my trip to Canaan Valley. Strange Petals is based on how I felt after watching the movie Adaptation. If you watch the movie, you can probably see a big connection (including the title of the song!)

Wonderful

I've never heard the real song so I can't really rate you on how it is layed out.... however it sounds great anyways! Reminds me of the N64 game "Rayman2 - The Great Escape".... dumb frog... I already know about what you have to say... get away from me!!
